Description: Neotokyo is a free Half-Life 2 modification. It is a tactical class-based online first-person game that is set in Japan 30-40 years from now. There are 3 player classes, a nice assortment of weapons, well-designed maps, and a ranking up system.

The only requirements are Steam software and account, Half-Life 2 or any game that gives you the Source SDK.
