Description: CrossLoop is a free screen sharing program that is intended to give you access to another person's computer or allow someone else to control your computer for technical support purposes. When you start the program, you are given a unique access key which you share with another person to begin sharing your screen with them. Everything is sent between the two computers using 128-bit encryption.
If you don't personally know anyone who can offer you technical support to fix your computer problems, CrossLoop has many 'CrossLoop Certified' helpers who can provide support all hours of the day. These people are not actually employees of CrossLoop, but they must still submit to a background check before receiving a CrossLoop Certified badge.
Unfortunately, it doesn't seem there are any CrossLoop helpers who will work for free, so be prepared to shell out some money. Many offer free estimates though and like we stated above, the actual software is free to use.
