Developer Description: "File Scavenger is a file-undelete and data-recovery utility. Files accidentally deleted from Windows Explorer, the Recycle Bin, the command line window, or a network share can be recovered along with the original folder name and dates. Reformatted volumes, broken spanned volumes, or broken hardware and software RAID volumes also can be recovered. Digital photos on almost all media can be recovered."
